GENDER CENTRE BOARD MEMBER RECOGNISED IN AUSTRALIA DAY HONOURS

The Gender Centre extends heartfelt congratulations to Professor Charlotte Hespe for being honoured as a Member of the Order of Australia on the 26^th of January. This recognition is a testament to Professor Hespe's profound contributions to medicine as a practitioner, academic and advocate. She has run the Glebe medical centre for over 25 years, supporting transgender and gender diverse clients in inner Sydney and since 2020, she has served on the board of the Gender Centre.

The Gender Centre is immensely proud of its connection to Professor Hespe and we are grateful of the significant contribution Professor Hespe makes towards helping and caring for the transgender and gender diverse community of NSW.
