legalFrom the sentencing of transgender people and perpetrators of violence against transgender and gender diverse people, to the right to marry and the right to remain married post-surgery. Employment discrimination lawsuits to 'sex not-specified', transgender and gender diverse people have been involved in some groundbreaking court proceedings over the years, not only in New South Wales or Australia, but around the world.
